NURSE: LPN​/LVN, RN Or PharmD - Steamboat

This position is for our Steamboat Springs clinic soon to open on Pine Groave Road.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable professionals to join our team.

The selected candidate is responsible for the safe and accurate administration of Methadone and Buprenorphine to individuals undergoing treatment for substance use disorders. Your role is critical in supporting our patients through recovery, providing care, structure, and a sense of consistency.

• Shift: 20 hours per week, Monday through Saturday.
• Schedule:
  
  Days are flexible, with a requirement of three days per week onsite.
• Growth:
  There is potential for this to become a full‑time role.

• Administer Breathalyzer, TB tests, blood draw, and take/record vitals.
• Dosing patients.
• Ensuring medication safety.
• Recording urine analysis and Breathalyzer results, reviewing results with patients.
• Work under the guidance and collaboration of the Medical Director and Nursing Supervisor.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating the ability to manage difficult or emotional client situations.

• Valid nursing license for practice in Colorado.
