OverviewUCHealth Medical Group and the UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center Women’s Care Clinic are seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join their team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, focused on excellent patient care, and available for full-time work. This is a full-time position that supports a work-life balance. Flexible schedule options include four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.

Responsibilities (implied)- Provide midwifery services in accordance with professional standards and practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with the UCHealth Medical Group and Women’s Care Clinic teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize EPIC EMR system across the organization to document and coordinate care.
- 1+ year midwifery experience required
- Full or provisional prescriptive authority eligibility; must apply for prescriptive authority as a condition of employment
- Master’s degree in Nursing and graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwife program
- Unrestricted CNM license issued by the State Board of Nursing in the state of practice or compact privileges under the Nurse Licensure Compact
- Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges
- Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe medications commonly prescribed in practice
- Eligible to provide services reimbursable under Medicare and Medicaid
- Eligible to provide services with no sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA list
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- EPIC EMR experience is utilized system-wide
- Competitive compensation: $93,891 - $134,160 annually, dependent on experience
- Annual Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP) up to $10,000
- Relocation bonus up to $10,000, if eligible
- Paid malpractice coverage
- CME up to $3,500 and up to 5 days annually
