Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and self-directed Pharmacist to support both our inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services. This role requires a high level of autonomy, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining strong communication with the broader care team.

Work Schedule:
Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Day and Evening Rotation
Pay: $59.80 - $83.72 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant s relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
- Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
- State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification and/or relevant licensure/certification as determined at position level.
- Active pharmacist licensure in Colorado and Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain both).
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient pharmacy practice, with a willingness to learn and cross-train into the other setting.
- Comfort working independently, with the initiative to make informed decisions and manage workflow with minimal supervision.
- Strong collaboration skills to ensure seamless coordination with providers, nurses, and pharmacy colleagues when needed.
- Flexibility in scheduling, as shifts may include day, evening, or night hours, along with participation in an inpatient weekend rotation.

- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes
