Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Beamsville, ON. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The role requires a focus on efficiency, safety, and accuracy to ensure products are handled in a timely and safe manner.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of items received.
• Store products in appropriate locations while maintaining organization and safety in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with customer orders and company procedures.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move heavy items safely within the warehouse.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of products using warehouse management systems.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks as required.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the efficient flow of goods.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support other warehouse functions, as necessary.

• Valid Canadian driver’s license is required.
• Forklift and Reach truck certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is an asset.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Salary Range: $20-$24/hour depending on experience.
