Stock Associate

Base pay range: $17.60/hr - $19.36/hr

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the stockroom is your place, you are able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed.

• Passion for brand standards and effective shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Master the stockroom: keep merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures organized for efficient operation.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action.
• Teamwork: step in to assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or customer service.
• Maintain safety and asset protection standards both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
