Cleaning & Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning & Sanitation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our facility. This position involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure that all areas are kept in excellent condition and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

A strong commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all areas within the facility.
• Assist with cleaning & sanitation of manufacturing and production equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in our entire facility including warehouse, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by replenishing supplies and ensuring they are kept tidy.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
  Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management promptly.
• Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed, such as general repairs, changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and upkeep of equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a tur commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties with good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
