Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact aerospace program from inception to delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage the development and complet ion of mission-critical helicopters for public safety operations. You’ll work at the heart of a multidisciplinary team, driving execution, alignment, and results in a fast-paced environ ment.

• Prepare estimates, schedules, and statements of work for collaborative development projects and/or aircraft complet ion.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to On Time, On Quality, On Cost objectives.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Present and communicate aircraft modifications and configurations during design reviews and customer presentations.
• Manage subcontracted engineering activities with third-party vendors.

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in estimating
  , scheduling
  , and cost control for engineering timelines.
• Aerospace industry experience.
• Ability to obtain Controlled Goods Clearance (CGD).

• Mechanical design background.
• Direct aircraft program experience.

• Lead a brand-new program with real ownership and decision‑making authority.
• Collaborate with a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of engineers.
• Enjoy visibility and influence in a fast-moving aerospace environ ment.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Erie, ON.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Erie,ON.
