• Execute web and digital marketing activities in collaboration with supplier partners across merchandise and equipment divisions
• Support multi‑channel campaigns including website banners, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising initiatives
• Act as a channel expert by monitoring performance and providing insights on campaign effectiveness
• Assist in preparing and contributing to monthly channel performance reviews
• Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to campaign managers and leadership
• Manage and execute the digital marketing calendar to ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Creative Services, and external partners to achieve business objectives

• Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within healthcare, medical equipment, or a corporate environment
• Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating across multiple teams
• Familiarity with multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns and campaign coordination
• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Meta, Linked In, Mailchimp, Marketo, Narvar, SAP, or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide recommendations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Location:

This position is based in our Corporate Head Office, Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake, and requires planned business travel, intermittently to the office, as needed for business meetings.

The posted range for this position is $50,000–$60,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, skills, certifications, location/labour market, internal equity, etc.
