Job Title:
Maintenance Parts Specialist
Area of Facility:
Maintenance
Hourly Rate: $26.92
Job Duties- Purchasing all non-inventory supplies
- Maintenance of vendor relations and vendor contact database
- Communication & interactions with vendors/suppliers
- Research alternative parts and supplies, ensuring equal or better quality and lower prices
- Maintenance of equipment data (will input information in CMMS and keep maintained)
- Spare Parts Inventory System – Stock and continually improve the inventory of spare parts
- A shared role with manager on inventory audits on a quarterly basis.
- Using Coupa for purchasing
- Maintain and organize the parts room
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to attend to details, prioritize and multi-task effectively while remaining focused
- Self-motivated
- Basic office functions such as copying, filing, faxing and scanning
- Excellent organizational skills
