This role blends outside sales (3‑4 days per week) with in‑house and retail sales (1‑2 days per week), giving you the opportunity to connect with customers in the field while staying actively involved in day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Do- Build and grow lasting relationships with fleet managers, commercial accounts, and retail customers
- Prospect and develop new business through outside sales efforts
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right truck bodies, lighting, and equipment solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and professional presentations
- Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices using our ERP system
- Maintain organized pipeline tracking and follow‑up communication
- Coordinate closely with our Production Manager to align installation and delivery schedules
- Assist with trade shows, customer events, and on‑lot displays
- Operate company trucks as needed
- Uphold safety standards and represent the company with professionalism at all times

Experience in outside sales is required; truck equipment experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of related sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience selling to commercial, fleet, and retail customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage quotes, pipelines, and follow‑up activities
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems preferred
Ability to frequently lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 80 lbs - Comfortable working outdoors and around active mechanical equipment
