Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience;
Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, promptness, and care;
Enhance teams selling behaviors and key metric performance through communicating daily goals, leading by example, assisting with onboarding, initiating teaching opportunities, and supporting associate continued learning;
Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through supporting daily store recovery efforts and stock replenishment;
Lead store fulfillment and asset protection initiatives in designated areas by accurately and efficiently executing omni and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and adhering to safety guidelines and security protocols
