WhatYou’ll Do
- Keep production moving:

Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC‑controlled systems — getting to root causes and implementing smart, lasting fixes. - Drive improvement:
Partner with engineers and operators to optimize cycle times, boost equipment reliability, and elevate product quality. - Share your knowledge:
Train operators and maintenance staff on proper equipment use, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices for safety and efficiency. - Work with precision:
Support grinding operations (CNC or manual), perform cleanroom maintenance, and ensure compliance with strict quality and environmental standards. - Build for the future:
Assist in the installation, startup, and validation of new or modified automation systems, helping to scale our next generation of production lines.
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro‑Mechanical Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field — or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in automated manufacturing (custom or integrated systems preferred).
- Solid skills with PLC systems, sensors, actuators, and HMI interfaces.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
- Experience with grinding processes (manual or CNC) strongly preferred.
- Previous work in ISO 13485 / medical device or cleanroom environments a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to support off‑shift or weekend troubleshooting as needed.
- Be part of a high‑tech, mission‑driven manufacturing team making a real difference in patients’ lives.
- Work with advanced, custom‑built automation in a clean, dynamic environment.
- Enjoy a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow your career in a fast‑evolving company.
