Assist in the installation, startup, and validation of new or modified automation systems, helping to scale our next generation of production lines.
What You Bring
  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro‑Mechanical Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in automated manufacturing (custom or integrated systems preferred).
  • Solid skills with PLC systems, sensors, actuators, and HMI interfaces.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
  • Experience with grinding processes (manual or CNC) strongly preferred.
  • Previous work in ISO 13485 / medical device or cleanroom environments a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility to support off‑shift or weekend troubleshooting as needed.
