• Collaborate with Supervisor and fellow team members to tackle various maintenance assignments.
• Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required.

• High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.
• Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred.

• Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep.
• Collaborate and work well with fellow team members.
• Show initiative in aiding wherever required.
• Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
