Pay Range: $21.00 – $31.00 (Final offer reflecting the candidate's skills, relevant experience, and professional background)

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
• Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification
• Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration
• Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of hands‑on experience as a CMA—ideally in a vibrant healthcare setting
• Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
• Top‑note attention to detail and organizational superpowers
• Excellent communication and people skills

• Tech‑savvy with electronic health records
