• Be the initial provider in newly contracted facilities, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Mentor and support clinicians through onboarding and orientation.
• Act as a “clinical troubleshooter” during urgent or complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Clinical Operations to deliver seamless, quality care.
• Provide coverage during PTO, LOA, or staffing changes.

• Licensed NP or PA with a Master’s degree or completion of an accredited PA program.
• At least 1 year of experience in Primary Care or Behavioral Health (long-term care preferred).
• Strong communication, adaptability, and independence.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Location:

Regional travel (local + overnight).
