Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (salary commensurate with experience; final offer determined based on skills and qualifications)

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our community’s daily operations. What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and department teams.
  • Handle phone calls, correspondence, and front‑desk inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with event logistics.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other communications as needed.
  • Support onboarding, training, and internal communications within the community.
  • Assist with supply inventory, ordering, and other operational tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail in all administrative processes.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school graduate or equivalent education is required.
  • Some college is preferred.
  • Minimum of one‑year experience in a similar position is required.
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions; demonstrated typing, basic math, and filing skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, provide instruction and train other employees as required.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
