Warehouse Operations Associate at Gear Up Sports
OverviewPosition Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day activities at our North Carolina fulfillment center. This individual will be responsible for executing administrative functions within our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O)), coordinating inventory transactions, and providing hands-on support to the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. This is a seasonal role from July through December 2025 which could extend through Q1 2026.
Administrative & Systems
- Accurately process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Manage receiving, transfer, and shipment documentation and workflows.
- Create, update, and maintain warehouse records, including order and inventory status reports.
- Assist with cycle counts and reconciliation using ERP data and physical audits.
- Support inventory accuracy and data integrity across warehouse systems.
Warehouse Operations Support
- Assist with receiving, picking, packing, and staging products, as needed.
- Coordinate with site leadership to prioritize daily tasks and resolve operational issues.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and reduce fallout.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate regularly with Oregon HQ and partner teams to ensure smooth cross-facility workflows.
- Collaborate with the art and production teams to ensure order accuracy before final pack-out.
- Coordinate between operations leadership on ground and warehouse leadership in Oregon.
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control (preferred in apparel or fulfillment)
- Proficient with inventory management in ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

- Talking, listening, reading and interpreting orders and workflow documentation.
