$1,000 Hiring Bonus – Hiring bonus details not specified. We are currently looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Statesville, NC. This is a friendly, family-oriented service company with deep roots in Iredell County since 1965.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing routine inspections, and ensuring systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards. The technician must be skilled in troubleshooting, replacing faulty components, and providing customer education on system use and maintenance. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of HVAC systems are crucial for ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Diagnose issues, perform routine inspections
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards
- Troubleshoot, replace faulty components
- Provide customer education on system use and maintenance

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, on-call one week per month for emergencies only
Pay Scale$25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience + Benefits

- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- At least 1 year of HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
- NATE certification is a plus
