• Conduct surveillance – observe Associates and contractors in the facility for theft, fraud, or violence.
• Support shrinkage awareness programs – inform Associates of current shrinkage issues and keep profitability high.
• Accountable for report writing and record maintenance – provide complete and accurate reports to the company and law‑enforcement agencies.
• Respond to emergencies – render CPR or first responder aid, perform bodily fluid clean‑up, and operate a fire extinguisher.
• Maintain facility truck entrance – execute processes at the truck gate when assigned.
• Utilize CCTV system – operate the system to identify threats related to theft, shrinkage, violence, and safety compliance.
• Various posts – maintain control of entry and exit points, conduct foot patrols inside the facility, vehicle patrols outside the facility, and assist with audit inspections.
