Machine Operator

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, has immediate openings for Machine Operators for our client located in Statesville, NC

Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $20/h

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable, experienced Machine Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining shot peening and surface treatment equipment used to enhance and clean heavy metal parts. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow safety and quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Operate and maintain various peening and blast machines (tumble, planetary, swing table, and air machines).
• Inspect parts for dents, scratches, or defects before and after processing.
• Handle, mask, and unmask parts with care to prevent damage.
• Complete all required production paperwork accurately.
• Assist with receiving and verifying incoming freight shipments.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or metal treatment a must
• Ability to read and follow written/oral instructions.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
