• Ability to setup and run CNC rotary tube bending machines such as Horn, Soco, Eagle or Addison with limited supervision.
• Set-up and operate CNC rotary draw bending machine while conforming to manufacturing tolerances.
• Set-up and switch tooling of CNC rotary draw bending machine (Bend Di, Clamp Di, Wiper Di, Pressure Di, Mandrel, Collette, Stop Blocks).
• Program new post bends into CNC bending machine.
• Ensure all tube assemblies meet strict quality and compliance standards.
• Check drawings to work orders to ensure correct quantity of posts are bent and put out for job.
• Can work effectively with cross-functional departments as need.
• Conduct quality inspections using appropriate quality measurement tools (calipers, taps, angles).
• Maintenance of tooling and equipment.

• Experience in Set-Up and Operate CNC Rotary Tube bending.
• Experience working with Stainless Steel Tubes (thin-walled and thick-walled tubing).
• Well versed in manufacturing of complex tube assemblies.
• Experience with 3D tube bends.
• Proficient in basic math including decimals, fractions and metric system.
• Proficient in English to communicate with fellow employees and follow work instructions.
• Ability to use the required hand tools, power tools, and cutting machines in the assembly process.
• Can effectively use measuring instruments such as a tape measure.
• Ability to work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Detail oriented with large emphasis on accuracy.
• Ability to work in high pressure situations under deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Production Technician (NCMIT graduate) preferred.
• Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm (Mandatory Overtime on Fridays or later hours).
