We are seeking an experienced Head of Accounting to provide financial leadership for a multi-site manufacturing organization. This role oversees divisional accounting operations, compliance, and strategic financial planning while partnering closely with manufacturing and business leaders.
- Lead all divisional accounting and financial activities, including general ledger close, financial statements, account analysis, and management reporting
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and annual strategic planning in partnership with FP&A
- Supervise Plant Controllers and staff accountants across multiple North American locations
- Drive manufacturing budget development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead SOX compliance efforts and serve as liaison for internal and external audits
