This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Assistant based in Statesville, NC. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing routine equipment and building maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, assisting in minor repairs, and ensuring the facility is in optimal operating condition. The role involves collaborating with team members and reporting to supervisors to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance to perform repairs and upkeep of facility infrastructure
• Strong Communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team
• Previous experience in general Maintenance-related tasks is highly desirable
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain standards
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade training is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a physically demanding role
