Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, production areas, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
- Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
- Safely use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment
- Follow cleaning schedules and company safety procedures
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management
- Support special cleaning projects as assigned
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and work in a warehouse or production environment
