Diesel Truck Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Generate detailed service orders based on customer issues and technician findings.
• Generate service orders, invoices, and estimates using Fullbay.
• Always document the VIN and mileage off the unit when creating service orders.
• Maintain accurate and organized service records, customer files, and repair documentation.
• Manage the yard check in Fullbay.
• Review/send invoices and handle third-party invoicing (e.g., Holman, Enterprise, Fleetio).

• Proven ability to maintain composure and be solution-focused under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills to build trust with customers.
• Experience with service management software (Fullbay preferred).
• Desire for continuous improvement and learning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
