Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, providing clear and accurate information.
- Support the benefits portion of orientation sessions for new team members, ensuring smooth integration.
- Maintain and update benefits-related data in spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and distribute communications regarding benefits updates and changes to employees.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with COBRA administration and leave-of-absence policies.
- Utilize Excel formulas to manage and analyze benefits data effectively.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of compensation and benefits information.
- Provide assistance with UKG Ready platform usage to streamline benefits processes.
- Foster positive interactions with associates while addressing their benefits-related concerns.
- Work closely with HR professionals in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Requirements - Prior experience in benefits administration or coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of COBRA policies and leave-of-absence procedures.
- Familiarity with compensation and benefits management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with employees.
- Knowledge of UKG Ready or similar HR platforms is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
