Overview
Description – The Registered Nurse prescribes nursing care, delegates activities, and coordinates assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care to provide optimal quality care, consistent with the hospital’s mission, nursing philosophy, objectives, and standards. The RN has full access to patient health information.
ScheduleSchedule:
6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (36 hours per week).
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina.
- Certification in BCLS.
- Successful completion of a hospital and unit-specific orientation that includes age- and population-specific skills for the RN’s area of practice and addresses growth and development needs for patients under the RN’s care.
- Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position, including walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, and sitting for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
