- A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work or closely related Human Services area
- If AP, one (1) year of professional MH work experience working with adults. If QP, two (2) years of professional MH work experience working with adults.
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office- MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Role PurposeThe purpose of the AP/QP Generalist is to serve as a therapeutic resource to consumers as a member of an established Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) which is a team dedicated to reducing and eliminating the symptoms of severe mental illness and to enhance the individual's quality of life.

- Serves as an active member of the ACT Team, participates in team meetings, and provides input into the person‑centered planning process.
- Shows knowledge and use of clinical process to achieve positive outcomes to include: evaluation, assessment, service, treatment planning, intervention techniques, aftercare, and transition planning.
- Remains available face‑to‑face or by telephone, 24 hours a day 7 days a week as staff serves as the first responder in the event of crisis situations. The service site will be at any location the consumer or family needs.
- Effectively uses clinical and administrative supervision to improve quality and performance of services for consumers and organizations.
- Demonstrates ability to manage an assigned caseload and meet the direct care billable productivity expectations of the organization.
- Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
- Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
- Provide proof of your education.
