Are you an experienced and visionary Fiber Network Engineer with a passion for telecommunication construction? We’re seeking a dynamic professional to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology and join a team of dedicated engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTTH, FTTB, and strategic planning. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our organization.

• Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of FTTH and FTTB networks.
• Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the performance and reliability of our networks.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance in resolving complex network issues.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Continually evaluating and improving our processes and systems to increase operational efficiency.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an OSP Engineer in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in FTTH and FTTB network design and construction.
• CAD experience (AutoCAD Civil 3D).
• Extensive knowledge of telecommunication construction and network engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
• Exceptional team leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high‑performing teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
