Guest Relations Representative

Overview

Iredell Health System is seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Guest Relations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and callers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in a front-facing role, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The candidate will be responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

All shifts: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

A Week:
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

B Week:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Provide a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and callers.
• Maintain professionalism and a detail-oriented approach in front-facing interactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Bilingual preferred; ability to understand and communicate with Spanish-speaking individuals; reading and writing Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
