Shift: June - November: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotating Saturdays
November - May: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, rotating Saturdays

• Previous office, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on shipping demands.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Agriculture or produce industry experience preferred but not required.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Coordinate and process daily shipping and receiving activities in an office setting.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, load schedules, and order paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and order details.
• Ensure all trucks are shipped accurately and on time; remain available until all shipments are completed and the next day's orders are prepared.
• Enter, track, and update shipment data using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support planning and organization of daily and next-day shipment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and inventory.
• Adapt to changing priorities and volume fluctuations during peak season.
