We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5‑day work week offers 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto vehicles.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with technology such as tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bed Match system.
• A winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
