You were born to be the boss. Docker’s Pizza is looking for an Assistant Manager who can lead a team, manage store operations, and maintain high standards of customer service and product quality. The role requires strong judgement, math skills, and the ability to multi‑task.

Job Description

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift – cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You set the tone, lead by example, and keep the store running at 100 % capacity.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile, including phone service.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Make fast, accurate, consistent products while complying with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team, managing a staff of 3–30 people, and motivating employees.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; requires a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• High standards for punctuality, attitude, and appearance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; stores open 365 days a week.
• Minimum age 18 years.
