Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 12 Hour Night Shift

Compensation: $26.82 – $29.80 / hour

• Under RN supervision assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social dimensions and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy (if certified), and perform diagnostic tests according to established protocols.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts at the beginning of each shift and respond to codes or health emergencies.
• Assist in medical or minor surgical procedures, implement nutrition and therapeutic diet plans, and document nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of one (1) year clinic experience preferred.
• Current license as a Licensed Practical/Registered Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
• CPR certification obtainable and maintainable.
