Shift: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm

If you notice the little things others miss, this Apartment Inspector role puts your attention to detail to work. We are seeking an experienced Apartment Inspector to evaluate finished residential units before occupancy. This role is responsible for ensuring apartments meet quality, safety, and presentation standards by identifying deficiencies, cosmetic issues, and incomplete work.

• Prior experience in apartment, residential, or property inspections required (1 year)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Knowledge of apartment construction, finishes, and punch-list items
• Ability to identify cosmetic and functional issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect completed apartments for overall quality, cleanliness, and readiness
• Identify and document deficiencies, including paint, flooring, fixtures, appliances, and finishes
• Verify completion of touch-up work and repairs
• Complete inspection checklists and reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate findings clearly to supervisors, contractors, or maintenance teams
• Ensure apartments meet company, client, and property standards before move-in
• Conduct re-inspections to confirm corrections have been completed
