- Collaborate with departments to identify process improvements, document and communicate business needs, and provide IT solutions.
- Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with business and IT resources.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert, liaising between departments and ensuring alignment.
- Perform current‑state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions.
- Answer and clarify requirements during the discovery phase of projects.
- Become deeply immersed in core business functions, processes, and workflows associated with assigned areas.
- Understand the relationships, dependencies, and impact of neighboring business functions, core systems, applications, and technical platforms.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
Required Experience: Three (3) or more years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with enterprise and/or line‑of‑business applications in a higher‑education environment.
- Experience with higher‑education auxiliary enterprises (e.g., retail services, dining, card services, parking, transportation) and related life‑safety or student services.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PCI, and FERPA regulatory policies and procedures.
Salary is commensurate with experience. This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.
