Physical Therapy Technician – Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine, Inc. Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine, Inc., a privately owned physical therapy practice, is seeking an enthusiastic, well-organized, and dedicated individual to help support our office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is committed to helping patients receive the highest level of care.

This is a great position for students gaining experience to apply for physical therapy school.

• Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with patients
• Prepare and keep treatment areas clean and organized
• Front desk duties: greeting patients and answering phones
• Scheduling patients
• Filing and computer tasks
• Basic office cleanup and maintenance
• Assisting therapists with patient set-up for treatment
• Basic marketing tasks
• Entering insurance payments into computer
• Insurance benefits confirmation
• Tracking and reporting of key metrics

• Profit sharing
• 21 paid days off (PDO)
• Work schedule:
  
  5 days a week, Monday–Friday, 8-hour days with 1-hour lunch
