Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery! Sign-On Bonus and Relocation!

Oversees the daily operations of the Women's department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Provides leadership in nursing practice, staff development, financial management, and quality improvement. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency, aligning departmental performance with organizational goals.

• 5 bed L&D Triage
• 8 Bed L&D
• 21 Bed OB

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or
• Four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of previous leadership experience preferred

• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• BCLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) required
• Health Services CLS issued by American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) required
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation issued by American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) required or
• NALS - Neonatal Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) required
