Abide Home Care is a best-in-class home care provider in the State of Georgia.
To help retain long-term quality clients by effectively managing the client's health status. Coordinates with Regional Administrator, Operations Coordinator, and Operations Assistant, caregiver staff, and providers as needed regarding client’s care.
Responsibilities- Assesses client needs, develops service plans, educates clients and caregivers, monitors client care, and evaluates the effectiveness of services provided.
- Demonstrates knowledge of establishing a plan of care. Other skills include: analysis, assessments, interpretation of policy, knowledge of applicable laws, organization, planning, problem identification, resolution, research, staff development, and reassessment of client clinical functioning.
- Current Georgia R.N. license with no restrictions. Experience in senior care is preferred.
