• Develop accurate, strategic industrial estimates that set projects up for success
• Calculate total expenses for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Participate in bid walks and visualize complex industrial installations
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for heavy industrial projects
• Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, vendors, and subcontractors
• Track estimated vs. actual costs and support post-project reviews
• Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
• Proficient with MS Excel and various estimating software.
• Support projects from business development and bid prep through handoff, closeout, and client review

Territory: Industrial clients within an 80-mile radius of Statesboro

Competitive Pay: $81,120 - 87,360 base + quarterly bonus

Company Vehicle: Truck + fuel card (drive to/from home)

Flexible Start: ~50% of days start directly at local job sites

• 3+ years of hands‑on journeyman‑level experience
• 2+ years of estimating experience in heavy industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of industrial systems & construction practices
• Paper or chemical industry experience is a plus
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and deadline‑driven
• Team player with ownership and pride in their work
• Ready to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact
