Automotive Billing Clerk

Franklin Chevrolet is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our dealership team. This position is critical to ensuring vehicle deals are processed accurately, funded promptly, and posted correctly.

We are looking for someone who shows up consistently, meets deadlines, and takes ownership of their work.

• Review, verify, and post retail and wholesale deals
• Ensure deal paperwork is complete and compliant
• Process funding packets and follow up with lenders
• Handle trade payoffs and floorplan postings
• Submit manufacturer rebates and incentives
• Maintain organized, accurate deal files
• Work closely with Sales and Finance to resolve discrepancies
• This position may include additional duties and responsibilities not specifically listed.

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Billing or accounting experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to meet daily deadlines
• Experience with dealership management systems (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
