Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions per site requirements;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, loading or dock areas, and the exterior perimeter as assigned;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, checking visitor authorization, and directing personnel and guests according to site policy;
Complete routine patrol and incident reports, communicate relevant updates to site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision, and report maintenance concerns such as doors, lighting, or alarms
