Key Responsibilities of the Interim CEO

• Advise board and executive committee on city/federal contract management and unrestricted funding strategies
• Stabilize organizational leadership and operational continuity during search period
• Oversee fiscal, operational, and strategic initiatives for a ~$50M, 350+ person nonprofit
• Represent PH to government, public, and community stakeholders as interim ambassador

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

• Senior nonprofit executive leadership experience in $50M+ operations
• Deep familiarity with NYC city contracts, funding models, and government reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead during organizational transition and funding volatility

Compensation

• Up to $250,000 annualized (1099/fractional); hourly/part-time structure to be determined
