Inventory Management

Job Description

Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hr

• The Inventory Management Contractor supports warehouse and inventory operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring materials are properly tracked and managed.
• This role works under general supervision, following established procedures to complete operational tasks while identifying and reporting inventory issues.
• The position contributes to achieving operational goals and supports team performance through effective collaboration and process adherence.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum four years of prior relevant experience or an associate degree with zero to two years of related experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Support warehouse operations and material tracking processes.
• Follow established procedures to complete assigned inventory tasks.
  
  Identify inventory issues and report them to the supervisor when necessary.
• Work within defined operational procedures and guidelines.
• Assist in achieving operational targets within the assigned job area.
• Communicate with team members to obtain or provide information related to inventory activities.
• Support smaller operational tasks related to inventory management and warehouse activities.

• Experience working with ERP or MRP systems.
• Experience with inventory control software.
• Knowledge of hazardous material shipping procedures.
• Familiarity with industry transportation and shipping regulations.
