No CDL? No problem! Earn as you learn. Starting salary is $22.78/hour as a trainee, with increases each year:
Year One: $24.21 per hour;
Year Two: $25.63 per hour;
After Year Two: $28.48 per hour.

• Conduct pre‑trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Navigate designated routes and transport passengers efficiently and comfortably.
• Engage with passengers, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist passengers who need help boarding or disembarking.
• Adhere to schedules while managing unexpected delays or route changes.
• Maintain awareness of traffic and road conditions to ensure a secure ride.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including passenger counts and incident reports.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Excellent driving skills with keen attention to detail and compliance with traffic regulations.
• Good problem‑solving abilities for handling unexpected situations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
• Successful completion of CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement training and testing is required.
• 40 hours a week is not initially guaranteed.
