To qualify for the position, candidates must have a sincere passion for fitness. Our perfect candidates are RD’s who desire having a diverse and ongoing role in their clients’ lives. Experience as a fitness professional is not required.

This entry level position includes five weeks training in our Personal Fitness Training Instructor program and unlimited growth opportunities. Starting salary for this role is $50,000-$60,000.

All full-time team members with four or more years of service earn over $70,000 plus benefits.

This position includes:

• NO SELLING. One on One provides new team members with fitness and nutrition clientele upon completion of our Personal Fitness Training Instructor Program.
• A COMPLETE BENEFITS PACKAGE including health insurance, paid vacation/holidays, retirement plan with a company match, and more.
• INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP NUTRITION COUNSELING. Dietitian/Fitness Hybrids are expected to conduct nutrition counseling and education sessions in both personal and group settings.
• PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING. One on One will provide fitness clients upon completion of One on One’s Personal Fitness Trainer Instructor Program.
