The OpportunityMinitab is seeking a Mid‑Market Manager (MMM) to drive adoption of our latest solution offerings and support customers on their digital transformation journey.
This role is a key member of a virtual account team‑selling environment, serving as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers across the mid‑market segment ($100M–$1B annual revenue). You’ll own your territory end‑to‑end—building pipeline, closing deals, and expanding customer relationships through new business, upsell, cross‑sell, services, and renewals.
What You’ll Do- Own and manage assigned mid‑market accounts and territory
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Drive upsell, cross‑sell, services, and renewal revenue
- Build strong customer relationships measured by growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model
- Travel 20–35% for on‑site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners
- 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K+
- Success in a fast‑paced, competitive, consultative sales environment
- Experience with Business Intelligence or Statistical Analytics (nice to have)
Associate or Technical College degrees considered
This role offers a clear path forward. After 2–3+ years of strong performance, high achievers may be eligible for promotion to Senior Account Executive.
