Door Manufacturer Outside Territory Manager

Overview

Shuster's Building Components, an industry-leading door manufacturer of both interior and exterior door units, is actively seeking a salesperson to manage the State College territory. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

• Manage the State College territory and develop/maintain customer relationships.
• Teach and train customers on our proprietary ordering software to maintain and gain market share.
• Network and explore all potential opportunities with current and prospective customers.
• Effectively manage the days/weeks schedule to ensure tasks are completed satisfactorily.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to teach and train.
• Residency in the area.
• Outside sales experience is preferred; we are willing to train the right applicant.
• Ability to train and educate new and existing customers in our proprietary ordering software.
• Strong people skills and the ability to network and explore all potential opportunities.
