This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in State College, PA. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the store meets sales goals and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, training employees, handling customer inquiries, maintaining inventory, and implementing retail operational strategies. Additionally, the Retail Store Manager will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive store environment for customers and employees.

• Proficiency in Customer Service and a proven ability to satisfy customer needs
• Strong Customer Satisfaction focus and excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management and overseeing retail operations
• Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices and strategies
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Prior T-Mobile experience in a retail or sales role is highly beneficial
