Position SummaryWe are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
You will also assist our members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

- Provide exceptional customer service across the club and answer member questions

- Assist with transporting items and ensuring carts/flatbeds are available
- Assist members with purchases and payments according to policy; operate registers as needed
- Resolve member issues and promote company products and services
- Comply with policies, procedures, and ethics standards; follow Open Door Policy
- Ensure club pickup orders are fulfilled by notifying members of delays and informing them when products are unavailable; offer alternatives when needed
- Ensure items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup
- Safeguard safety by conducting safety checks and reporting unsafe conditions
- Organize and maintain availability of carts/areas; ensure parking lot cleanliness
